Darryn has 18+ years industry experience and is the Founder and CEO of Crosstree Media Group (UK).

He is currently Head of Creative Operations at Balisti Studios, running the studio, overseeing multiple projects for international clients including EA, Bioware, Jagex, Pixel Toys, Disney, Unity while ensuring the company remains profitable

Other roles include assisting in the conceptualisation of undisclosed game projects. Designing and creating gameplay and NPC animation. Ensuring projects remain on schedule and on budget. Networking and maintaining client relationships.

LORRAINE ALVAREZ POSEN: Founder / CCO

Lorraine has 15+ years industry experience. She is one of the Founders and the CCO of Crosstree Media Group (UK).

Her latest role has been Art Director at Revelator Studios helping develop original IP and servicing international clients while Consulting for various Studios on establishing their pre-production pipelines

She has lead teams of Artists in the creation of Concepts for clients and has herself contributed character designs, illustrations and storyboards for established clients with acclaimed projects.
